20 Perusahaan Idaman 2010 versi Warta Ekonomi

Sebanyak 20 perusahaan dinobatkan sebagai perusahaan paling diidamkan untuk tempat bekerja sepanjang 2010 versi majalah Warta Ekonomi. Mereka terpilih melalui survei yang melibatkan karyawan perusahaan swasta, BUMN, dan perusahaan asing di Indonesia yang bekerja antara 1-3 tahun pada berbagai bidang industri.

Survei melibatkan lebih dari 1.590 responden. Dengan jumlah tersebut diperkirakan margin error sebesar 2,58 persen dan tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen. Survei dilakukan pada Oktober– November 2010 di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi.

Pemimpin Redaksi Warta Ekonomi, Muhamad Ihsan, menjelaskan bahwa perusahaan yang mampu mempertahankan kinerja baiknya dalam tempo lama, menjadi pertimbangan utama responden.

“Sebagian besar perusahaan yang diidamkan responden adalah perusahaan yang sudah tidak asing lagi. Mereka bergerak di sektor telekomunikasi, energi, otomotif, perbankan, pembiayaan, dan farmasi," jelas Muhamad Ihsan dalam siaran pers Warta Ekonomi yang diterima redaksi Metrotvnews.com, Rabu (2/2).

Ada sejumlah alasan utama para responden dalam memilih perusahaan idaman. Antara lain menyangkut gaji dan kesejahteraan, nama besar perusahaan, dan kinerja perusahaan. Namun standar gaji yang lebih tinggi dari perusahaan lainnya (30,16%) menjadi alasan yang paling banyak dikemukakan responden.

Berdasarkan persentase terbesar, Pertamina dipilih sebagai perusahaan idaman pilihan 2010 dengan jumlah persentase sebanyak 9,87 persen diikuti Astra International (9,58%), Telkom Indonesia (7.74%), BCA (4.98%), dan diikuti Unilever (4.94%).
