Report to : Board of Management
Location : BINUS Square

Purpose of Jobs:

• Provide direction for the living standards and communal practices in BINUS square
• Direct and monitor student-initiated activities in residences to maximize students' residential experience
• Provide direction for the revenue generation and development of BINUS Square’s facility and accommodation
• Facilitate and ensure positive community ambience in Binus Square
• Achieve and ensure comfortable, educational and diverse community that emphasize on academic focus, personal growth, and social responsibility
• Direct and establish student and community development, integrate academic and co-curricular of students through interactions and educational programming
• Provide challenge and support for students as residents in the areas of academic and personal growth

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor Degree or higher from all major
• Maximum age 40 year-old
• Experience in Professional Residence Life/Housing
• Minimum with 5 years experience in related field
• Minimum with 5 years experience in the managerial level
• Expert in a higher education institution
• Experience in counseling and mentoring program activities  

General Requirements:

1. Excellent written and spoken English
2. Self-motivated but a Team Player at the same time
3. Good analytical & conceptual thinking skills, creative & innovative
4. Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet
5. Good communication skills
